Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • Your order has not yet been processed or submitted.
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
  • We are unable to provide the requested service for reasons within our control.

Non-Refundable Services

Once work has started or documents have been prepared or submitted, fees become non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • LLC Formation
  • EIN (Employer Identification Number)
  • ITIN Application
  • Trademark Registration
  • Registered Agent Services
  • Annual Report Filing
  • Income Tax Filing
  • Sales Tax Filing
  • Reseller Certificate
  • Wise Business Account Setup
  • Government filing fees
  • Third-party processing fees

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
  • If work has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Any completed work or government filing fees will not be refunded.

Government & Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, state fees, IRS fees (where applicable), registered agent fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable, even if your application is delayed, rejected, or withdrawn.


Processing Delays

SNA Whiz is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government agencies
  • State filing offices
  • IRS processing
  • Banking institutions
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

Such delays do not qualify for a refund.


Incorrect Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information.

If incorrect information results in delays, rejection, or additional filing requirements, refund requests may not be approved.


Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Any applicable government or third-party fees will be deducted.
